Time off comes from Joanna’s “Team Holiday Tracker 2026” Google Calendar (the Polish team adds their own entries; synced every 4 hours). Holidays/closures come from Jay’s “Vistaza Calendar” โ entries titled holiday/closed/closure, split into ๐ต๐ฑ Poland closed (estimating team off โ shaded) and ๐ข US/Brooklyn closed (context). Badges show who is off that day.
๐ฅ Admins full control
Admins get everything: the Dashboard, the Calendar, the Queue (including reordering it), the Machine, and the Machine’s โ Settings defaults (standard margin ยท freight ยท state taxes). Owners are fixed; everyone else can be added or removed. Add by Google email โ they can sign in within a minute.
๐ฅ Estimators machine + queue view
Estimators do the estimating work in the ๐ญ Machine and view the Queue โ they can’t reorder it, can’t change the โ Settings defaults (they see them read-only), and get no Dashboard, Calendar, or Admin. Add by Google email; they can sign in within a minute.
๐งโ๐ผ Salespeople sales view only
Salespeople open the Sales view (estimation.vistaza.com/machine/sales/): every job’s status, queue position and ETA, their RFP rounds, and each sent proposal as the customer saw it. Never the Machine, the queue, costs or margins — the rules don’t let them read an estimate at all.
๐ง Salesperson email redirects
When a deal's salesperson (Pipedrive owner) matches the left email, the queue confirmation goes to the people on the right instead of them. Recipients: comma- or space-separated. e.g. christopher@vistaza.com โ jay@vistaza.com, aj@vistaza.com.
๐๏ธ Time-off calendar
Google Calendar ID of the shared “Estimating Time Off” calendar (Calendar settings → Integrate calendar → Calendar ID, ends in @group.calendar.google.com). It must be shared with aj@vistaza.com. Holidays sync regardless.
